Nomos is a dynamic video production company, based in south Co Dublin that’s dedicated to helping businesses grow their brands through engaging, customer-focussed and inspiring visual content. Working with companies directly, or alongside advertising and digital agencies, we produce high-quality work. We take care of the entire creative process – from scripting and shooting to post-production.
We are looking for an experienced Director to join their Dublin team. The successful applicant will join be responsible for creating engaging and visually striking video content for online and broadcast.
What we are looking for in a candidate:
- Over 3 years’ experience in directing high-end commercial level video content.
- A proven ability to take agency briefs and develop treatments.
- Solid editorial judgment and writing skills with the ability to turn ideas into compelling stories.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Ability to prioritise workload, execute development plans and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in guiding clients from the start of a project through to completion.
- A passion to create innovative and fresh content, with the ability to collaborate with the in-house team.
- An ability to adapt to changing priorities and able to manage multiple demands.
- Candidates would be expected to provide a portfolio of work that they have directed.
Salary of between 45k - 55k and will be based on experience. This is an initial 6-month contract, based on a five day week, commencing February 2020, with the opportunity to extend.
