Junior Commercials Producer

LIKECHARITY is looking for a hard-working creative with excellent attention to detail to work in our busy office. This role entails all aspects of ad production including concept development, copywriting, production and television distribution.

Applicants must be computer literate, with particular emphasis on Adobe Creative Suite (mostly Premiere Pro and some Photoshop skills) and a good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Docs.

Established in 2013, LIKECHARITY is an award-winning technology platform. We provide innovative and effective fundraising and data analysis tools to connect charities to the people that really care about them. LIKECHARITY produce and distribute TV and Online ads for some of the largest charities in Ireland.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Account Manager and report to the Head of Production.

Responsibilities include:

  • Working with clients to develop direct response tv campaigns.
  • Writing pitch decks and materials to pitch ideas to clients in meetings.
  • Copywriting for TV ads & creative storyboarding.
  • Editing ads and other content using Premiere Pro.
  • Managing the production of videos for TV, Online and other.
  • Working with contractors as required.
  • Administration duties include working with TV stations on ad approvals, delivering completed ads and general management of the TV campaigns.
  • Help managing social media campaigns (training will be provided).
  • Miscellaneous adhoc client requests - video/picture edits, account admin etc.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in video production; ability to operate a camera and experience editing in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience dealing with clients and external staff is an asset.
  • An organised self-starter, excellent communication skills and great attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a calm and professional manner.
  • Confident working on several productions simultaneously.
  • Other characteristics: Approachable, Organised, Patient, Level-Headed, Assertive.

The most important thing is genuine interest in learning on the job! Enthusiasm, drive and great attention to detail are all essential.

Salary: 23-25k pending on experience. 6-month contract.
