Voicebank is a busy voiceover agency looking for a dynamic and detail orientated assistant agent to help us look after our roster of fabulous talent!
Applicants must have superb communication skills (both written and verbal), a meticulous eye for detail and record keeping, be committed, motivated, responsible and have the ability to multi-task and prioritise in a fast-paced working environment. You must be able to work well under pressure, have good interpersonal skills - and a good sense of humour!
Duties include taking bookings, raising quotes from a very detailed and varied price list, for a very detailed and varied usage base, chasing PO information, billing, and social media and website content management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, in all packages would be ideal, and you should be comfortable working in a mainly paperless environment. Basic knowledge of working with a database would be great.
A qualification in Arts Admin would be desirable, as would at least 2 years office experience.
Located in the beautiful village of Dalkey, which has lovely cafes and restaurants, our office is close to the Dart and easily accessible.
Our office is based in a small but busy and friendly office in a shared facility, where there are lots of other small and busy offices.
Holidays include Christmas week off + 20 days. Our hours are 10-6 Monday - Friday, closed for lunch 1-2.
Theatre invitations will be many, but acceptance not compulsory!
