TV3 requires a Junior Presentation Assistant (maternity cover)

Main Purpose of Job: Assisting in the Presentation scheduling of TV3’s & 3e’s daytime and peak schedule.
Responsible to: Head of Scheduling  
Liaison with: Content, Traffic, Sponsorship, Transmission, News

Main tasks of Job         

• Building and maintaining TV3 & 3e Presentation schedules
• Co-ordinating and scheduling all sponsorship campaigns
• Timing and checking Presentation schedules prior to transmission
• Support/cover for the Scheduling Department 
• Other general Presentation and Scheduling duties as required

Essential

• Excellent communications skills
• Strong organisational and numerical skills
• Excellent time management skills
• A keen attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy
• Ability to work under pressure and multi task in a constantly changing television environment

Desirable

• Experience of broadcast scheduling systems would be an advantage
• A keen interest in broadcasting and television programming
