Brown Bag Films requires a Post Production Co-ordinator (Contract)

Brown Bag Films are actively seeking a unique Post Production Co-Ordinator to join our in house Post Production team in the heart of Dublin.

Summary of the Role
Reporting directly to the Post Production Supervisor, this role will appeal to a focused individual who is dedicated to accuracy, owning the ability to work on their own initiative, prioritising tasks effectively and succinctly managing their own time. You will work with a talented group of post production professionals who have accumulated outstanding skills from a variety of fields including animation, live action, commercials and other media.

Responsibilities Include

• Keep up to date progress charts for Post Production Department
• Updating Post Production schedule and deliveries
• Track progress on Animatics, Offlines and Online
• Track progress on sound design, premixes, and final mixes
• Tracking audio files & logging changes/retake comments from audio department
• Coordinate tracking & logging HD footage from overseas
• Co Ordinate retakes lists for overseas studios
• Be responsible for quality and standards of all movie files sent to clients
• Attend edit sessions/client calls and co-ordinate notes
• Liaising with other internal departments to obtain footage and files
• Report up to Supervisor on progress and issues
• Co-coordinate final deliveries from overseas studio including all files and footage for projects

Key Requirements

• Strong knowledge and understanding of Post Production technology
• Measurable experience in a co-ordination role
• An understanding of animation
• Highly motivated and proactive ability to work on own initiative
• Capable of performing with minimum guidance
• Good interpersonal skills and excellent client interaction manner
• Strong Team player
• Want to work in a growth environment and a genuine interest in the animation industry
