TV3 requires a Presentation Scheduler
Job Title: Presentation Scheduler
Responsible to: Head of Scheduling
Liaison with: Content, Traffic, Sales, Sponsorship, Transmission, Compliance, News
Main Purpose of Job
To deliver fully completed and timed TV3 Group Presentation Schedules to Transmission
Main tasks of Job
- Building and maintaining Presentation schedules
- Co-ordinating and scheduling sponsorship campaigns
- Timing and checking Presentation schedules prior to transmission
- Ensuring programme material is correct and timed
- Adjusting commercial minutage with Traffic and ensuring we are compliant with regulations
- Sending final completed TV3 schedule to Transmission
- Liaising with external companies for live show timings and ensuring their accuracy in the schedule
- Support/cover for the Scheduling Department
- Other general Presentation and Scheduling duties as required
The above list is not exhaustive. You will be expected to perform duties as necessitated by your changing role and the overall business objectives of the Company, as directed.

Essential
- Excellent communications skills
- Strong organisational and numerical skills
- Excellent time management skills
- A keen attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and multi task in a constantly changing television environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills
Desirable
- Experience of broadcast scheduling systems would be an advantage
- A keen interest in broadcasting and television programming
