The Courtyard Studio requires an Office Co-Ordinator/Admin

The courtyard studio is looking for an exceptional Office Co-ordinator to join our team in Irishtown, Dublin 4. The Office Coordinator will be a key member of the team focusing on Administration and Organisation of the Courtyard Studio. The role requires an adaptive and responsive person with great manners, confidence, empathy, patience and initiative.

We are looking for a disciplined and proactive self-starter who can move a project forward on their own. They should have the ability to identify and implement tasks and actions required to deliver an outstanding customer service. The individual needs to be an effective communicator who can collaborate in a multi-disciplinary team to achieve a common goal. A strong work ethic and excellent time keeping is expected.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities including the day-to-day activities of Client Liaison, Office Administration, Book-keeping and Project Management. In addition the role requires developing future company growth through various Online Marketing initiatives. Click here for more information

Skills & Experience

• A background in managing and administrating a busy office or department would be required
• A third level University degree is preferable
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite and confidence with general Online applications
• Essentially the ideal candidate will be a good all-rounder with IT, Office Admin and Client Service skills
