Eurotek requires a Support Services Co-Ordinator

The role offers an opportunity to work with a close-knit, enthusiastic team, supporting some of Ireland’s leading businesses, in broadcast television, corporate AV, digital signage, and stadium AV systems.

This role entails the following:

• Act as the primary contact point for all service and support queries for customers and suppliers
• Log support incidents and update tickets as required
• Keep customers updated with ticket progress
• Schedule and plan engineer visits and workload in consultation with the engineering team
• Liaise with key customer contacts for pre-planned scheduled works
• Liaise with internal staff for project installation, scheduling, and commissioning
• Manage spare parts inventory, warranty returns and repairs, and all associated functions
• Manage support contract renewals and updates
• Achieve KPIs in line with management requirements
• Maintain accurate records for all works, costs, and engineering time

This is a full-time, permanent position, based at our Sandyford, Dublin headquarters.

The successful applicant will have a 3rd level qualification, and ideally have experience in working with technicians in a related field. Strong computer skills are essential, and ideally a basic knowledge of IT infrastructure and systems would assist in directing support calls to the appropriate internal resource.

You will have strong inter-personal skills, and be comfortable in customer-facing situations. Attention to detail, a high level of self-organisation, excellent communications skills, and the ability to cope well under pressure are essential characteristics. A basic level of understanding of financial management would be a distinct advantage to ensure the department meets it’s financial objectives.
