Post Producer Screen Scene
Screen Scene is looking for an experienced Post Production Producer to join its Broadcast, Film & TV Drama departments.
The Organisation

The Role Requirements
- Must be able to manage Broadcast or Drama series through the various aspects of post production in a busy facility.
- Liaise between internal departments – offline, grade, sound, online and delivery.
- Excellent planning and scheduling skills.
- Comfortable in taking full ownership of each project. Display confident problem solver skills with a positive attitude and an eagerness to own the role.
- Have a full understanding of post-production workflows.
- Ability to forge and maintain positive client relationships.
- Flexible in terms of working hours is a requirement of the role. Occasional weekend work required. Self-management in terms of time management and workload is essential.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both clients, freelance operators and colleagues is vital.
- Understand and comply with new and existing processes and policies.
- Work with colleagues towards a common goal; thank and encourage staff as appropriate, foster a One Team mentality.
Skills / Qualifications
- A thorough understanding of post production workflows and delivery requirements for broadcasters and studios.
- A good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of applications inc Word, Excel and Teams
- Excellent communication and client facing skills.
- Good time management skills and ability to work to very tight deadlines. Ability to work well under pressure.
This role is for an experienced producer, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience.
