Event Junkies and Motherland are looking for a highly motivated Office Manager to join our busy
Dublin Office. We are two successful production companies running out of the same office at 7 Hill
Street, Dublin 1.

The role will include but not be limited to:

• Overseeing accounts. Managing receipts, petty cash, invoicing clients, managing incoming
  invoices and completing VAT returns at the end of each month
• Responsible for the smooth running of the office: dealing with suppliers, diary management,
  booking meetings, greeting clients, arranging couriers and taxis
• HR responsibilities such as managing staff holiday allocations, sick days and implementing
  company policies
• Keeping stock of office supplies (production kit, batteries, stationary, refreshments, etc) and
  dealing with utility bills
• Organising induction programmes for new employees + freelancers
• Attending meetings with senior management
• Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
• Building + implementing the company’s sustainability policy
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
   

Candidates should have the following:

• Experience with accounting and book keeping
• Proficiency in Word & Excel
• Familiarity with Dropbox & Apple products
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• HR experience
• Experience with travel planning
• An aptitude for working well as part of a cross-departmental team or under their own
  initiative
• A strong work ethic, enthusiasm and good attention to detail
• Experience working in an agency or production company
