EGG is a busy Post Production company based in Dublin 2, providing picture, sound and VFX services to the TV and film sector.

We have an opening in our bookings department.

The main duties of this role are:

* Managing projects and liaising with clients

* Scheduling creatives, machines and rooms in EGG

* Point of contact for all new enquiries

* Establishing relationships with new clients

* Generating quotes

* Creating post production schedules

* Managing time sheets and job sheets

* Generating invoices and cost reports and liaising with accounts

Previous experience in a Post Production facility and Scheduall software an advantage.
