Main Purpose of Job: Graphics Digital - permanent
Reporting to: Multimedia Designer

Main tasks of the role:

TV3 is seeking a multi-media Graphic Designer to work within the TV3 Online team to develop concepts, designs and innovative ideas for print and online working within TV3’s visual identity.

About the person:

• Overall design for various TV3 properties to deliver compelling content in the most fresh, exciting, user-friendly, appealing way, that can be used across multiple platforms / devices.
• Building bespoke show and other pages and designs for TV3 properties
• Developing show asset graphics to support TV3 content across all distribution platforms
• Design of bespoke commercial elements for TV3 (advertisements, competitions, promotional materials, etc.), broadcast, online and print
• Creation of compelling TV & online sales promotional tools to aid in the sales promotion process for TV3 commercial department (presentations, advertisements, promotional emails, in-house and external communications), both online and print
• Design and creation of mock-ups to aid the commercial team in the sales pitching process
• General design support for the broader TV3 Group

The ideal candidate must have:

• Experience in design for a successful commercial web-site(s)
• Experience in using Adobe CS (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Apple Keynote and Flash
• A formal qualification in Graphic Design and/or a related discipline
• A background in on-line, print or television design
• An eye for engaging online content
• A Passion for typography
• A commercial focus
• The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail
