Job title: Sales Executive Responsible to: Account Executive, Account Manager & Commercial Group Head Liaison with: Airtime Management & Sales Operations
Main Purpose of Job
Assist in the management and booking of commercial advertising for TV3 Group and Virgin Media Solutions through assigned set of advertising agencies and advertisers.
Main Tasks of Job
Assist the Account Executive and Account Manager in day to day relationships with Clients/ Advertisers
Ensure efficient delivery of airtime to required target audience across TV3 group stations and any third party stations
Daily telephone and email contact with advertising agency buying teams and clients
Uploading, booking and management of all bookings from approval to delivery across TV3 Group Customers
Assist in the day to day management of on air scheduling for TV3 Group Advertising
Assist in achieving the TV3 Group Sales revenue targets through short term sales and longer term forecasting
Represent TV3 Group both externally and internally to all our customers
Delivery of well executed, efficient advertising campaign
