Primary Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the day-to-day running of the office. To include:
• Maintaining office inventory
• Management of the company website and social networking
• Liaising with IT to ensure our computers are protected and backed up sufficiently
2. Organise travel including booking transport, accommodation, meetings and dinners and managing the itineraries.
3. PA to Managing Director of company. Assisting him in whatever duties he requires.
4. Accounts Liaison
• Coding Invoices
• Liaising with bookkeeper and accountant to ensure proper management of accounts
• Management of petty cash
5. Ensuring external producers and crew are adhering to our production procedures and implementation of new procedures (where necessary). Point of contact for crew and cast
6. Production team support
• Preparing meeting documents
• Booking Crew and equipment
• Production Assistant duties for upcoming productions
• Production Float Management
7. Production Research
• Visual research for director’s treatments
• General research for budgeting
Skills needed:
• Strong communication skills including written and verbal in addition to strong phone skills
• Must be self-motivated, take a pro-active approach not only to problem solving but to avoid potential problems, plus have a good business sense combined with sound decision making skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office suite of products
• Ability to work in flexible & fast-evolving business conditions
• Excellent organizational skills a must
• Very strong attention to detail
• A desire to progress within the business and production sector
