Applications Open for Northern Ireland Screen's 'Shorts to Features 2018'

Applications have opened for Northern Ireland Screen’s ‘Shorts to Features 2018’. The initiative was established to provide emerging creative teams with an opportunity to make a short film, which is tonally and thematically aligned with their feature film ambitions.

All submitters must supply a current draft of their feature film project and one-page outline for a proof of concept short, which is tonally aligned to the feature film project. The feature project submitted must have previously received development funding from Northern Ireland Screen.                   

At the end of the development period Northern Ireland Screen will select up to three to go into production with a budget of up to £26,500.

Deadline for receipt of applications: 5pm - Friday 6th July 2018

‘Shorts to Features’ is a joint initiative between Northern Ireland Screen and the BFI Network.
