A romantic comedy set over one weekend in 1970s rural Ireland. The story centres around two brothers who haven't seen each other in twenty years after one brother emigrated to Liverpool to seek his fortune leaving the other behind on a small farm in Ireland. Having parted on bad terms and not spoken since their separation, the two brothers are reunited at the All-Ireland traditional music finals as leaders of rival Ceili bands.
