Carnivale, the first feature length Irish animation film, tells the story of a group of kids who, with the help of an unseen stranger, unwittingly create a mysterious theme park, Carnivale. The kids are given the chance to enter the park and seize the opportunity to fulfil their wildest dreams. As the kids travel further and further into the park, a wild and wondrous journey begins, but Ginger, the youngest of the group senses that something is not quite right. When they return to the entrance they find that it has been covered with bricks!
