February 09, 2017 to February 23, 2017 We are looking for the best features, shorts, docs and animation we can find to present in San Francisco. For 18 years SF IndieFest has developed a great reputation for filling theaters, getting press and throwing great parties. Films at our fest regularly get Variety reviews, picked up at other fests and find rabid groupies following the makers around town demanded autographs and buying them drinks. We're consistently listed as a a "best" fest in Chris Gore's book (last time I checked anyway). And now we have cash prizes funded by one of our loyal fans! Last year's prizes amounted to $1000 each for best feature doc and best feature narrative and $500 for best short chosen by our loyal Season Pass holders.
