Beginners Screenwriting with Stephen Walsh - Filmbase Go » Eight evenings devoted to exploring the ins and outs of scriptwriting, geared towards those with little or no previous experience in the field. Priority is placed on putting a lot of the scary myths of screenwriting to rest and creating a context in which the participants can develop their own project over the duration of the course. People should come along armed with a story idea they’d like to pursue, whether it’s at the “two lines on a scrap of paper” stage or even if they’ve already had a crack at a script.

BAI Applications for the Archiving Scheme - DEADLINE Go » The Broadcasting Authority of Ireland (BAI) has issued a call for applications under its Funding Scheme for the Archiving of Programme Material (“Archiving Scheme”).
The Archiving Scheme has been designed to provide funding support for the development of an archiving culture in the Irish broadcasting sector, contributing to the preservation of Ireland’s broadcasting heritage. It is funded through a percentage of the Broadcasting Fund.
