New York City, August 20th, 2009 – MANHATTAN SHORT Film Festival today announced the 10 Finalists, representing 9 countries, whose films will be judged by a worldwide audience. The 10 short films will be screened 532 times in 173 cities across 5 continents (North America, South America, Europe, Asia and Australia) September 20th to 27th, 2009. The Festival is a showcase for new film directors now in its 12th year.
