Fodhla Cronin O'Reilly produced film wins five Awards at BIFA and European Discovery Award at EFA.

Lady Macbeth, produced by Fodhla Cronin O’Reilly, had a very successful weekend, with five wins at BIFA, the British Independent Film Awards, and EFA, the European Film Awards.  

‘Lady Macbeth’ tells the story of a young bride (played by Florence Pugh) sold into marriage and whose innocence is slowly corrupted by her circumstance and yearning to rebel. 

The film win five categories at BIFA, including Best Screenplay, Best Actress, Best cinematography and Costume Design, Most Promising Newcomer.  ‘Lady Macbeth’ had led the nominations  
‘Lady Macbeth’ also won the European Discovery Award at the European Film Awards in Berlin.
