The story of Past Pupil is an exploration of the affect of mental abuse in the classroom, and one young man's struggle to come to terms with encountering his tormentor in adult life. It is told from the point of view of Cassidy, a door to door knife salesman who has learned to live with the abuses he suffered as a child and now leads a relatively successful life.
